Restore my purchases
Open Tsuru, open the String Pass letter (or any purchase screen) and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with. Tsuru Plus, String Pass and Autumn Papers come back. Spent sends are consumables and do not return.
Cancel my subscription
On your iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > String Pass > Cancel. Do it at least 24 hours before the period (or free trial) ends. You keep access until the paid time runs out. Deleting the app does not cancel it, and we cannot cancel it for you because Apple holds the subscription.
I reinstalled and my string is empty
Purchases restore from your Apple ID (see above). Your string and progress live on the device, so a fresh install on a new phone starts a new string unless your device backup or transfer carried the app's data over. Restore from your iPhone backup or transfer data when setting up a new device to keep it.
A crane link did not open the app
Links open Tsuru directly when it is installed. If a link opens this site instead, long-press the link and choose Open in Tsuru, or paste it into Safari's address bar and accept the prompt. Links pasted inside some apps open in an in-app browser; use the share button there to open it in Safari. If Tsuru is not installed, the page shows the note and offers the App Store.
My sends did not arrive, or I ran out
A send is only a link, so it arrives when you share it: check that the message app actually sent it. One free crane send is available each day; String Pass and Tsuru Plus give five a day, and a pack of ten is a one-time purchase. Replying to a crane you received is always free.
